Staff Spotlight: José Chavarin

Congratulations to our Employee of the Year, José Chavarin!  

José started working at Noah Homes in early 2024 and has become an integral part of our Facilities team. He is at the helm of the Noah Homes vehicle fleet, ensuring that all the cars and vans the residents take daily are in tip-top shape. He also works with the rest of the Facilities team to make sure that everything in the homes is in order.  

Our Operations Manager, Cheryl, shares, “Jose is a thoughtful and respectful individual who consistently shows kindness in his interactions with both our folks and staff. The residents enjoy shadowing him when they have the opportunity, and he genuinely values their help. His calm and reliable presence naturally draws people to him. Jose’s dedication and strong work ethic are driven by his desire to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges. Always ready to lend a hand, he is a dependable member of the Noah Homes Facilities team and a pleasure to work with.”
